Product Introduction
Mainly used in the process of building reinforcement and renovation ofcomponent surfaces such as concrete, brick, rock and other substrates and carbonfiber, glass fiber and other fibers sheet impregnation paste.
Bond Strength: 50 MPa (7,250 psi) – 2x stronger than standard epoxies (tested per ASTM D1002).
Fast Cure: 30 minutes handling strength, full cure in 24 hours (25°C).
Temperature Resistance: -50°C to +180°C (Ideal for aerospace & automotive).
Concrete-Carbon Bonding: Achieves 3.5 MPa adhesion to concrete (EN 1542).
Composite Layup: Bonds CFRP, GFRP, and metals (aluminum/steel).
Crack Injection: Low viscosity (500 cps) penetrates 0.1mm microcracks.
Zero Solvents: 100% solids, VOC-free (compliant with EU REACH).
UV Stability: No yellowing or degradation (1,000-hour QUV test).
It is used for coating the bottom layer of reinforced member surface.
It is used for repairing and leveling the defects on the surface of reinforcement members.
It is used for impregnating and pasting carbon fiber, glass fiber and other fiber sheets on the surface of reinforcement members.
It has good wettability and permeability, and forms conforming materials with carbon fiber sheets with very strong mechanical properties and excellent durability performance. The adhesive also has good thixotropic properties and good suspension, making the vertical surface of the construction of the flow is small.
The cured adhesive layer has excellent physical and mechanical properties and strong performance.
Curing at room temperature, no volatile solvents, high bond strength.
Good aging resistance and medium resistance (acid, alkali).
Wide proportion of adhesive, different ambient temperatures can be adjusted to the right amount of easy to use, easy to operate on site.

A: Yes! Use our HydroPrep Primer for surfaces up to 90% humidity.
Q:Is it compatible with vinyl ester composites?
A: No. For vinyl ester, choose our VE-200 Hybrid Adhesive.
Q:Shelf life and storage?
A: 18 months at 15-25°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
