Composition
Elastic concrete is an elastic polymer material composed of component A, B, and C. Among them, components A and B are polymer elastic resin and toughening curing agent respectively, and component C is special aggregate.

 

Features
1. Fast curing speed: curing within two hours, traffic can be opened in two to three hours;
2. Excellent bonding performance: it is able to bond steel, concrete, wood, glass and other materials;
3. Strong mechanical performance: the physical and mechanical performance such as compression resistance and bonding are far better than ordinary cement-based grouting;
4. Easy to operate, and just mix evenly according to the reference ratio and then use;
5. Strong anti-aging and medium resistance: it can withstand long-term contact corrosion with acids, alkalis, salts, greases and other chemicals;

 

Application

It is used for repairing expansion joint protection strips onhighways and bridges, rapid repairs around tram tracks andrailway switches, and airport runway maintenance. lt can also beused for rapid repairs of potholes and defects in cement orasphalt concrete pavements.


Matters needing attention
1. Before construction, it is necessary to estimate the amount of materials to avoid waste caused by excessive batching; 
2. The prepared AB glue solution shall be used immediately and shall not be placed for a long time;


Packaging and storage:


Packaging and storage in accordance with national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool and well ventilated, avoid high temperature and keep away from fire source. The packaging container must be kept closed.

Effective storage period: 6 months.

Health and safety: This product is actually non-toxic, but it does not rule out allergic reactions caused by exposure to this product. Avoid direct skin contact when using. If the skin is accidentally contaminated, wash it immediately with suitable detergent, soap and water. Flush eyes with water and seek medical treatment immediately

Technological process

Key points of construction

1 Chisel and clean the damaged parts
Cut the area to be repaired into regular shape, Chisel out the old concrete, ensure that the damaged concrete is completely removed, and the repair depth is not less than 20mm, and clean the repair area with air compressor or other methods.
2. Clean the surface to be bonded
If there is rusted reinforcement in the repair area, derusting treatment shall be carried out to ensure that the repair area is dry and free of oil stain;
3. Prepare AB glue solution
Prepare clean mixing containers and mixing tools, accurately weigh a certain amount of components a and B according to the instructions, and mix them evenly in the container;
4. Apply AB glue
In order to obtain the best bonding performance, it is necessary to evenly brush a layer of AB glue on the surface of bonding substrate;
5. Incorporation
Pour the prepared AB glue solution into the mixing equipment, add component C in proportion, and fully mix;
6. Tamping and leveling
Pour the mixed elastic concrete into the repair place, tamp and level the elastic concrete, and roughen or emboss it before curing;
7. Maintain and open traffic
At 25 ℃, the drying curing time is 2-3 hours. The curing time can be shortened or extended according to the actual temperature on site. If the traffic needs to be opened faster, the aggregate can be pre heated, and the heating temperature is not easy to exceed 80 ℃.
