Product Overview

W-6 is a two-component water-blown rigid foam, offering versatility and ease of use for large-pour applications. Ideally suited for rapid airport runway repairs, it reduces multi-day processes to hours when combined with Ultra-Fast Setting Concrete. Thousands of pounds of W-6 are precisely mixed on-site and dispensed within minutes, ensuring swift and durable project completion.


Applications

1.Building Thermal Insulation

Roof Insulation: polyurethane rigid foam is widely used for roof insulation, its excellent thermal insulation performance and lightweight characteristics make it ideal.

Wall insulation: As wall insulation material, it can significantly improve the thermal insulation performance of buildings and reduce energy consumption.

Underground engineering: It is widely used in underground engineering, such as basement roofing and exterior walls, etc. It can effectively prevent moisture and mold in basements.

2.Pipeline insulation and anti-corrosion coating

Q:How long does it take to cure?

A: Spray foam cures in 10-60 seconds, allowing immediate next-step work. Pre-cut panels require no curing time.  


Q:Can I cut or shape the foam on-site??

A: Yes! Use a hot wire cutter for precise shaping. Avoid saws to prevent dust.


Q:What’s the lifespan?

A:50+ years with:  - ≤2% compression creep (ISO 844).  - UV protection (coat with our Reflective Aluminum Laminate).
